Siobhan was born in Cork where she learned to read, and she moved to Limerick where she entertained notions of becoming a writer.
Educated at Laurel Hill Coláiste, Siobhan went to NUI Galway where she studied electronic engineering. She pursued a career writing for the technology sector in Scotland and the South of France before returning to Ireland, where she worked on a variety of writing projects with telecomm companies.
Siobhán published her first novel Twisted River with Viking Penguin in 2016. She followed this up with her second, The Blue Pool. Twisted River won an AudioFile Earphones award.
The Blue Pool was a top ten bestseller in the Kindle charts. Guilty published in June 2020 with Constable Little Brown UK. The Bride Collector is scheduled for publication in 2021.
She lives in Limerick, where she is married with two sons.
