A Meditation & Soundbath Class with Nicole from InnerGlow Wellness. It will be an hour class followed by a 45 minutes sauna. Nicole will guide the clad through an immersive Soundbath class to soothe the soul, reconnect with nature and restore inner harmony. This followed by a relaxing sauna session will have you set for the week ahead!
